Waterloo Bridge.  Betws-Y-Coed Work Carried out: Inspection Client CCBC CAS Ltd were contracted to carry out under deck inspection of Waterloo Bridge in Betws-y-Coed.  The works included taking measurements and photographs of the original cast iron members, covermeter survey to establish the spacing of reinforcing bars, the extraction of concrete cores for testing and the installation of a temporary access system  to allow access for council engineers. All works were carried out without the need for any road closure or traffic management.
